Payment
When do I pay?
You pay up front. Remember, you have the first thirty days to get your money back, no questions asked, under our 100% money-back guarantee.
How do you charge my credit card?
We use Google Checkout to handle all credit card transactions. It's cheap, easy, and secure. In fact, we would suggest that you use it to sell albums, merchandise, and other items; installation is included in every web site we build.
Can I use Paypal or personal check?
Nope, we just Google Checkout for now.
Why is it so cheap?
We're just that good. ;)
Kidding, sort of. It's cheap for two reasons. First, we use Joomla to build your site, which is a great, open source content management system that's easy for us to install. You'll get to know (and love) Joomla when your site is done and you're updating it. Second, we have a lot of experience building sites (click here to see our portfolio). Things are always easier when you know what you're doing.

How do I get my money back under the guarantee?
Easy. Just send us an email or give us a call within 30 days of the date you submitted your order through Google Checkout. We won't ask any questions. The money will be refunded to the credit card account you used to place your order, and we'll take your site down, no hard feelings.

Process
What happens after I buy through Google Checkout?
Within 24 hours, we will configure your server and install the content management system, the "backbone" of your site. Then, we'll engage with you on a two-week journey to create your web site.
What will that journey be like?
Exciting and interesting. First, you'll be given a login and password for our client site. On the client site, you'll find detailed instructions on how to get us the information we need to put your site together. Then, implement it all, submit the site back to you for final quality assurance, and then launch the site and drink a glass of champagne to celebrate.
What is that information you need to put the site together?
This is all detailed on our client site that you will have access to after your make an order. The information falls generally into three areas: (a) what you want the site to look like, (b) how you want the site to be organized in terms of menus and modules; (c) what your web pages should say; and (d) how the web site components (music player, tour page, photo gallery, and online store) should be implemented.
How long will it take to build my site?
About two weeks. Faster if you can get the information listed in the above question together more quickly; longer if it takes you longer.
Can I change or update my site after you're done building it and we have gone our separate ways?
Of course. In fact, we would highly encourage it. Part of why we use the Joomla content management system for all of the web sites we build is that it makes it very easy to update your site. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can update your site. The basic package includes training resources to help you do just that.
